Sorry to post bad news once again, but this one sure seems strange. ANGELES CITY, Philippines—A retired British policeman and his Filipina live-in partner were killed inside their house in Barangay Amsic here on Friday, police said Saturday. Police found 14 empty cartridges and a slug for 9mm pistol inside the couple’s room.

Sometimes I get the feeling that this place is the Hotel California.

And I was thinking to myself,’this could be heaven or this could be hell’. . . You can checkout any time you like,But you can never leave!
I also get the feeling that the room mate is an idiot. Am I the only one with the experience that a dead body or two in a closed area starts to smell real bad real soon? How could he not know? Heck, even a dead mouse or other rodent smells like crap after a few hours.

I for the life of me can not understand why somebody would move to the Philippines and get into the sex and bar business of Angeles City. That is like painting a bulleye on your forehead. The room mate's story is total B.S. and my money is bet on he is involved somehow Is he just a room mate or is he a business partner that no longer wants to share? Nothing taken or missing, this was a hired hit.

I say they should look for fingerprints on the temp setting on the aircon, since it is my guess that whoever killed them turned it down to the coldest setting, so the bodies would not smell as fast. Of course that is if there was an aircon on, and if not then I would guess that the roommate had to smell something, or maybe he does not have a nose. Yes a lot smells about this case, and what person in the right mind would think there was nothing wrong in a home with signs of forced entry.

It seems like Richard Agnew was the house mate of these people. I wonder if the hit was really meant for him, and in the dark, the hit men mistook the other bloke to be Agnew and his girlfriend ??? No signs of robbery according to the newspaper report, (if you can believe anything they say), but it seems to me that Agnew has certainly trodden on a lot of big toes in the past, and I wonder whether this past is coming back to haunt him ???One thing for sure, there is a whole lot more to this than meets the eye !

Yeah, this roommate Richard Agnew smells like a rat. His testimony "“So I turned on the light and tried to wake them upand discovered that they were shot and killed.......". As if they were peacefully sleeping. Massive blood pool and otherobvious signs should be used to hold and question Agnew until he breaks.

Nope. No smell. Your time line is off and you did not consider, night, raining hard outside, bodies inside out of direct sun light / heat. If TOD was about 3:30 am they were discovered about 15 hrs later. Air con helps but but not yet needed as the heavy decomp has not yet started. You might say the meat was just being 'aged' at the time the bodies were found. Also lying on the bed which would absorb body fluids and odors. So, I suggest you dust off your old Quincy vhs tapes or your CSI DVDs and get back to studying. Perhaps even throw in a few Monk episodes as a primer to pay attention to the details. However, I think it was Col. Mustard who broke in, found them in the library, forced them into the bed room, placed them on the bed and then dispatched them with a Browing Hi Power and his old chum Cheif Inspector Tan will rule a murder suicide!

I am insulted that you say that. I have a lot of names I would call you but it is not in the best taste of this forum. I do not want to discuss holding onto dead people while they are dying but I am sure there are REAL men on here who have done that. Suffice it no know that real men sh&t themselves when they die and sh&t stinks.

I do not understand your being insulted. This is not about one upmanship and telling war stories and I know more than you because I have done...... (You read what I read, and you are 'mad' because the guy who found the bodies did not find them by the smell?) It is about simple straight forward body decomposition and the release of body fluids. While there is a release of body waste / fluids in SOME cases when someone dies, these people were, as reported, lying on a bed, which not being a hard surface, 'molds' somewhat to the person lying upon it and for a while, will absorb / trap body waste and odors. You also state that 'sh&t smells' and while everyone agrees with that, everyone else knows that the smell factor varies on what was consumed and how long said sh&t was ripening. Did you even consider that perhaps... they had 'made use of' the cr before going to bed??? You seem to be fixed on the body waste issues and not decomp issues so I hope I have addressed this better to your likeing. And I STILL say it was Col. Mustard! Edited by Bruce

I am not sure why Bruce thinks my friend Colonel Mustard did it, but I think the butler did it. Whoops, death is no laughing matter, so I am sorry to have joked about it. :( post-40-0-65599400-1315181348_thumb.jpg
