list is the SALN of the elected officials in congress for year 2010 :yes: after reading the SALN who says RP is poorThe attached files are the governments list of the Current SALN Poorest :unsure: The poorest House member is the Anakpawis party-list representative Rafael Mariano declared a net worth of P75,711, consisting of personal and other properties. He has no real properties and no liabilities. Mariano was also the poorest lawmaker last year.

Just a thought, Can Foreigners become politicians in the Philippines? If not why not? It seems that unless your are related to one of the 21 families that runs the Philippines, the only other way of getting rich is by being a politician! Come on guys, this is nothing new. No matter where in the world you are. Even here in the states congressmen and senators CAN CONDUCT insider trading. They can call a witness to testify before their committee and if they hear that something is going to happen, they can buy stock, property etc etc. All legal. Naturally they wrote the law that said they were exempt from insider trading lolol.
