Mr Lee Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 Sunday, November 6, 2011A NORWEGIAN national allegedly choked a police officer inside a bar on Mango Ave. yesterday dawn after he was arrested for failing to pay for his drinks.Bjohn Incar, 38, faces complaints of estafa and direct assault. He was detained inside the Fuente Police Station. SPO1 Agustin Collano said Incar went inside the bar and ordered his drink. When it was time to pay, he allegedly said he had to withdraw money at the ATM.However, a waiter noticed him strolling inside the establishment instead.When confronted by bar representatives, Incar allegedly got angry.‘Attacked’PO1 Monick Cabanero of the Mobile Patrol Group (MPG), who was in the vicinity, responded to the incident.When he got to the bar, Cabanero introduced himself as a police officer.Incar allegedly started cursing him, which led to his arrest.Incar allegedly pushed the policeman away and strangled him.The whole thing was allegedly witnessed by the bouncer. I think most people would accept it at face value that he was a police officer ( out of uniform) but would you? after reading this story More Reason for me not to drink in the Philippines :cheersty:or at least in public . why take a risk/chance of getting killed? or jailed? drugged? set up in a sex scandal?
