How far will Cebu City go to combat the problem of child pornography? Saturday, November 19, 2011THE Cebu City Government intends to take the fight against child pornography in the barangay level. Section 19 of the ordinance aims to deputize barangays so officials can monitor Internet cafes and households with Internet connection.
