Karlo Alexei Nograles and Western Samar Rep. Bruce Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Recent news reports tell of HUNDREDS of millions of pesos that have been collected but 'diverted' before actually reaching the Philhealth bank accounts.
