Coca-Cola expanding in Cebu - where they went on to explain how Coke is good for you as it is made from all natural ingredients!

They found 23 more live WWII shells (how many police will blow up this time?)

A man was rescued at sea while trying to get to Cebu in a styrofoam box...

Apparently he had tried to use a styrofoam box to cross from Negros to Cebu... He was rescued off Apo Island after floating around for a week.... God how I love to read the news!

I see where he was trying to cross. The passenger 'fast craft' ferry that crosses there takes only 15 minutes and costs 62 pesos. It does not look far to the naked eye at that crossing but the pump boat that crosses there would take half and hour to 45 minutes and be cheaper yet. The guy crossing on Styrofoam was a nut case but it made the news so now he is a little bit famous and may just do it again for more attention.
