No name Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 I've found some good prices for travel to Bangkok online using CheapOair. Its been a year since I've heard people talk of booking online and what I heard was not good. Perhaps going through a service will make it better or make it worse? Any recent improvements on the process? Still a nightmare. It's only $220 but I'd rather not tie it up for six months. :)Still looking for other expats that need to make a make a "visa run." I'm not a big party animal but not a complete home body either. Found a hotel that provides Thai massage in room. Its called Thong Ta something.... gotta be a class place. But internet, cable, aircon and PRIVATE shower (strikes me as odd that they need to specify that the shower is private) for $18 and about 1.5 miles from the airport.I'm gonna stay for two days so I can at least take some pictures.
