Mike S Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 Five years between dates ...... I was just curious about cards with no expiration date ..... I thought maybe I should have got something I didn't ...... thanksOh by the way I don't carry the real card ..... I took it to national bookstore and had them make a copy .... they must be used to it cause we didn't even have to tell him what to do ....... same thing with my passport I have the info page on one side and my 13a stamp on the other ..... have used both here as forms of ID with no problems ...... if you ever saw what it takes to get these items replaced if they are stolen or lost you'll know why I did this .......
ancienrocka Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 All the cards I have seen have the expiry date clearly written on the back "valid until...."
i am bob Posted February 27, 2012 Posted February 27, 2012 Bob,Dave's post pertains to 13a/g type permanent alien resident visas and doesn't pertain to tourists newly entering the Philippines on a 21 day exempt visa until or prior to their 38 day visa extension's expiration date. Any tourists deciding to stay beyond the total 59 days may apply for their ACR I-card at that time and their 2 months extension intervals up to 24 months. Yes, Art, I know... I was just commending Dave on supplying some very good info to this forum that, in my case, I will want to know for the future and many others will need to know now... But thank you for looking out for me because I will be making lots of mistakes yet!
