Forum Support Old55 Posted February 26, 2009 Forum Support Posted February 26, 2009 I heard on my (USA) morning radio news that an airplane is stuck in a pothole at Manilas international airport. Not so sure its true as runways and taxiways are very thick concrete. Anyone in Philippines hear this? The news staff was having a laugh over it, a@#holes thought it was funny. Forum Support Old55 Posted February 26, 2009 Author Forum Support Posted February 26, 2009 Yea Tom, that's why I posted. Maybe it was a taxi way lost in translation, I hope so anyway. Dang that could go very wrong on landing. I hate landing MNL seems like it's always a thunder storm or the like. Come to think of it I hate that darn so called airport in Manila. :th_thimage_265775: A Cebu Pacific plane's left main undercarriage did sink into the runway to a depth of 5 inches, the other day, yes.Runway?
