i am bob Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 ...."a plastic containing rugby."..... can someone educate me as to what this means please?Rugby is contact cement that is sniffed to get high so I'm assuming that "plastic" means a plastic container, plastic wrap or plastic bag. Curley Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Thanks Bob. So, one sachet of hash and some glue makes someone a drugs dealer and deserving to die?
gapotwo Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Thanks Bob. So, one sachet of hash and some glue makes someone a drugs dealer and deserving to die? Welcom to the Philippines my friend...Its just another day in the wild wild east.... :hystery: by the way , there are no deathsquads in the PH. they are very much alive..
Mike S Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 It could also mean that rival drug dealers wanted him wiped out ..... or maybe he forgot to pay for his sh*t ..... or one of a thousand different things ..... there was no reference to the reason the electrician was shot ..... only one of 4 men was suspected of dealing drugs .... when the vigilantes dispose of someone they usually leave a big sign on the body stating why he was killed .... like "drug dealer" etc. ...... they are also usually bound with plastic ties ....... there could be any number of reason these people were killed other than by vigilantes and tandem motorcycle riders are the most prevalent way crimes are committed here in the Phils ...... I wouldn't read to much into it until more facts are known .... IMHO

Jollygoodfellow Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 The last case sounds like a user rather than dealer. Drugs are what stuffed this world and I'm anti drug. Anyway as soon as I finish my beer I will get some sleep and down a few coffees in the morning.
Tukaram (Tim) Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 Thanks Bob. So, one sachet of hash and some glue makes someone a drugs dealer and deserving to die?Sure... why not?A guy got shot in the head, at the red light in front of my house for driving on the wrong street. But it was gang related so no one cared. And America is supposed to have laws about that kind of thing :cheersty:
