Rugby is contact cement that is sniffed to get high so I'm assuming that "plastic" means a plastic container, plastic wrap or plastic bag.

Ooh yeah....Rugby is normally used as an inhalant to reduce the severe hunger pain among the street kids. It's a yellowish liquid that is sold in a glass bottle and further divided into smaller containers on the street.In the US Navy, it was called "camel snot" and works pretty good as contact cement.Besides turf war among drug dealers, the city politics may also motivate these hit squads. It's not uncommonto "clean" up the streets during major re-election campaigns. Like EJ was saying.....it's the old wild, wild westwith the Asian flavor.

It may well be the Eastern version of the old wild, wild West but what surprises me is that people can agree wholeheartedly with executing a man carrying one sachet of hash and some glue. What would those same people think if one of their friends or loved ones happened to be passing the time of day witht the supposed "dealer" and was treated to the same execution for being "involved"? Where does it stop? Perhaps its OK if it happens to "other people"?I don't want to come across all PC or being soft on criminals, cushy prisons? No, make the buggers do hard labour! Repeat offenders? Make the punishment harsher! Continual serious offences? Death penalty and one appeal only within 1 year or bye bye.

In China he would have been executed and also a LOT of other countries ..... so it appears that others feel that same way about getting rid of druggies ...... as to how I would feel about a family member paying the ultimate penalty for drug using or selling ..... same as I would if they killed someone ...... buying drugs just feeds the criminals that contribute to the bigger over all crime picture ..... murder ... rape ... theft just to mention a very few .... there is not one single crime that can't in someway be related to drug use ... either selling or using ..... IMHO

Remember the Ampatuan massacre.The governor and mayor of that namesake had a private army (goons)and many were high on shabu when they ambushed and mutilated all those bodies of men and women.(http://en.wikipedia....ndanao_massacre). Many vigilantes group, including the DDS and the Red Sparrows of Manila are all part of the laws of the jungle. The brazen hits are mostly done in broad daylight and without remorse because their blood is oozing with meth.Even to this day, the Philippine army has also been accused of atrocities. What can I say, love it or leave it.......

Yes I agree, and sooner or later you will be caught,perhaps even convicted, Here it seems those who commit crimes, appear to have immunity to being arrested,caught or going to trial within a 10-15yr period

if these people would turn their energy to "clean up " those who oppress the underprivledge,

would things be better for all concerned? no more daddy.sister.daughter, mother.cousin running the province telling others how to live their lives ,

but again, I am just a visitor here and I have NO RIGHT to interfere with the course of human events
