retired Posted June 30, 2012 Posted June 30, 2012 Have seen many of those old videos . Manilla was a special place prior to WWII . Ever wonder what happened afterward ? Fact is the country was the best positioned for growth going forward but unfortunately squandered it . An interesting research topic in itself .
