The ringleader is finally caught, great news and well done! Friday, July 13, 2012 CEBU CITY – Robbery suspect Junjun Cabando was finally arrested in Zamboanga Del Norte Thursday morning, 10 months after a heist in Robinsons Place killed two security guards and three of his cohorts. Cabando, also known as Dionesio Cabatingan, was identified as the leader of the robbery group that grabbed a bag containing P1.2 million from a bank teller on September 5 last year. Cabando, the alleged leader of a robbery group based in Ozamiz City, was arrested by operatives of the Regional Intelligence Division (RID) Central Visayas in the Municipality of Sindangan at 8:30 a.m. Thursday. Cornered alone by policemen, he did not resist arrest. Good to see him caught. BUT.....But, will he ever be prosecuted and jailed? i am bob Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 I am leaning to the "Yes! He will be prosecuted" side for a few reasons... Rama is trying to get ready for the next election already and a lot of people were upset at what happened. The PI government is trying to get the court system cleaned up as well (along with any other form of 'you know what").
