jamesmusslewhite Posted June 14, 2013 Author Posted June 14, 2013 Update: I just received an email this evening containing information on the June 11, 2013 Probate Court hearing as it pertains to the DNA Test request on Jane Doyle's newborn son. "The judge made no ruling. She wants Stephen Doyle (Harry's elder son) to continue with his contesting of the will before she makes a ruling."
Americano Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Thanks for the update James. If Stephen has a case contesting the will he should submit to a DNA test to prove he is Harry's real son and request that the baby be tested too. That seems like the logical thing to do. I'm not talking about the legal system in Canada because I don't know much about it, but sometimes I wonder how many people have died from old age waiting for a legal system or court to complete a case. One example is most of the suspects in the 2009 massacre in Mindanao haven't even been arrested yet. How slow or incompetent is that?
Daydreamer Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 ing I noted was that the autopsy was done after the body had been enbalmed. After? I don't think that Mrs. Doyle or her late husband's family are ever going to get any results from this. Embalming is usually done after the autopsy not before, somebody not only effed up the autopsy but the entire investigation it seems. Was the autopsy done by an M.E. or local doctor? Daydreamer Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 And greed rears it's ugly head yet again ..... so sad ..... makes me glad I'm poor or should I say I'm just a simple man ..... Late post on this subject(as usual)but, being poor seems like a really safe bet here. If you don't have nothing to lose they have nothing to gain. Rent don't own! Your very life might depend on it!

A lot of things are done backwards in Asia from the rest of the world. I can't count how many things I have seen and heard which are backwards or reverse from the Western world. Their thought process seems to be in reverse too but I don't know how to prove it.

jamesmusslewhite Posted August 10, 2013 Author Posted August 10, 2013 Update:The Prosecutor who was recently assigned the case has made his decision and his formal "Resolution" has been properly filed in the courts. He has requested that arrest warrants for Erma "Jane" Undang Doyle (wife of slain Harry Doyle), Jerome Devocion (driver of slain Harry Doyle)present being held on an arson charge, and the brothers identified as the shooters of Harry Doyle Jeffery "Opok" Parian and Johnny Parian. He has request that no bail be granted to the four suspects mentioned above. The arrest warrants should be processing and formally issuing in the next 5-10 days.
Americano Posted August 10, 2013 Posted August 10, 2013 I know that procrastinators keep putting things off and off but this is ridiculous. Why did it take him so long to make a decision? Is there some new evidence that we haven't heard about?
jamesmusslewhite Posted August 11, 2013 Author Posted August 11, 2013 I know that procrastinators keep putting things off and off but this is ridiculous. Why did it take him so long to make a decision? Is there some new evidence that we haven't heard about? It's all a legal chess game. The lawyer for Jane Doyle and Jerome Devicion Atty. Zerda has use every available option and trick at his disposal to extend and stall this process. The original prosecutor even stepped away because Atty. Zerda was trying to tarnish her reputation in an attempt to get her off this case as well as the arson case against Jerome Devocion. She handed the case to another prosecutor just recently and he finished the procedure and filed his Resolution with the court. One factor that has done more to stall this whole process has been the fact that Jane Doyle has remained in Canada. The prosecutors know that she will need to be extradited from Canada and therefore will have to insure that they have been more than fair in the handling of this case. It has reached this point and the arrest warrants will be issued next 5-10 days, so we will see what the Canadian will do? I have found that Jane Doyle only has "Resident" status in Canada, so begs the question. Well they send her back to face these charges that she has done everthing to elude, or will they fight to keep Jane Doyle in Canada where she will be free? There is still the issue that she is being accused of masterminding the murder of a Canadian businessman....will they consider his rights and the rights of his Canadian family to find justice?
