gaga4 Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 I too am looking for a healthcare plan in the Philippines. Here's what I found online so far. The tricky part is who to go with. From my local contacts, Medicard and Maxicare seem popular. I thought one way to figure it out is to call the local hospitals and clinics and ask them who they think has best coverage. Just my thoughts. Caritas Health Shield Inc. Caritas Building 97 E. gaga4 Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 I agree that self insuring is not the best option unless you have a stash of money. A major event could deplete your savings.
