what amazes me about my girl is how she treated my family, especially my 80 yo mother
Yes. Old people are treated much better in Filipin culture. That's good for us older guys settling there
I was only joking with you so I hope you were not offended. My wife and I always sleep alone too. Her family can all sleep in one bed if they want to but its not for us.
No problem. I don't find it offending at all.

I weren't offended either by him, who was here a while, and TRIED to offend me. It's very hard to make me feel offended, such people I just find being idiots   :)

I have heard it said that a relationship is a matter of give and take, I don't believe that to be true, never have.

Relationships are give and give!

When two people love each other so much that giving is a way of life for the relationship, it's then that love is at its peak.

My wife is the first woman I ever met who can out give me. I work to keep up. The list of things she can and does do for me is endless.

More than anything she completes me as a man. I feel like a knight, a super-hero, the last real man left in the world. Perception is everything to happiness.

I knew her sisters here in the U.S. long before I met my wife, they are all cut from the same clothe to spite having difficult childhoods.

The way they cultivated their relationships was an education on life and love. No one is perfect, but my experience with the Filipinas I know is amazing.

But we don't want kids to sleep in parent's bed   :)   (with exception for some special situations.) I have started preparing my planned future Filipina wife about it, but I'm not sure I will succeed

Thomas I have a 4 bedroon house in Australia but our 2 kids have slept with us 99% of the time. If we put our 5 yr old daughter to bed in "her " room when she wakes in the night she comes and gets in bed with us. As for my 22 mth old son his little bed is in our room beside our bed. If he stirs or crys in the night my wife just lifts him into our bed to feed or cuddle him. To have sex we leave the kids sleeping and sneak out to the "guest bedroom". Unfortunately I have had to spend long periods away from home working. I know that in my absence all 3 will sleep together in our bed every night. ........She likes to have the children close to her, safe and secure..........Its the filipina way!
