Dave Hounddriver Posted October 28, 2012 Posted October 28, 2012 Here's a real pedophile. Just when you are hoping that maybe the cops have it wrong, or maybe it was just a mistake, they tell you that they confiscated his cell phone and the idiot took pictures while doing it. Kiwi nabbed for alleged rape of 2 girls in Davao COTABATO CITY, Philippines –A 50-year-old New Zealand citizen was arrested in Davao City Friday for allegedly raping two girls, police said. Supt. Renante Gabico, Kidapawan City police chief, said the suspect, David William Wakefield, works for a certain Mecs Labor Hiring Company based in Mozambique, was arrested after several days of surveillance. Gabico said Wakefield did not resist arrest when a warrant for his arrest was presented by Kidapawan city police operatives and staff members of the Department of Social Welfare and Development. Citing police and DSWD records, Gabico said the foreigner allegedly molested two girls, aged 12 and 13, from Kidapawan City while in a hotel in Davao City last week. Accompanied by relatives, the two girls reported the incident to the Kidapawan police Monday. The police chief said the victims positively identified Wakefield when they accompanied lawmen to a hotel in Davao City where the suspect was to board a plane for Manila en route to Mozambique. Gabico said the girls told police investigators that they were “hired” by two women in Kidapawan City who promised them P1,500 each if they visited Wakefield in his hotel room. There they were molested by the suspect, he added. Raiding policemen recovered Wakefield’s mobile phone with nude photos of the two complaints. Gabico said charges of statutory rape and human trafficking will be filed against Wakefield who is currently detained at the Kidapawan City PNP detention cell.

They are just as culpable as the accused.
i am bob Posted October 28, 2012 Posted October 28, 2012 Thanks, Dave, for bringing this to our attention. Yes, there are some very sick people out there. He obviously is one. And, yes, FlyAway, I too wish there was mention of the 2 women being arrested as well. Some people say that they never wish to hear or see about stories like this one. But that is wrong! If these stories are not reported on, other sick puppies like the one in the article will come to think that there is no shame in what they are doing. And maybe reporting things like this will stop them. Not just in the reports but in life.
TheMason Posted October 28, 2012 Posted October 28, 2012 The only thing I know after reading this story is that the Kiwi either didn't have enough cash to satisfy the police or refused to pay. I've seen too many bullsh&t allegations of this nature to put any stock in this one.
Mike S Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 To bad no mention of arresting the two women that hired the girls in the first place. They are just as culpable as the accused. Absolutely ...... two things come to mind here ..... 1) they were family members ..... 2) they are just 2 poor Filipinas trying to feed their family and so should be excused ..... just blame the foreigner ( I'm not siding with the foreigner .... he is apparently a scum-bag .... just like OTHER scumbags that pray on under-aged girls and I hope he gets what is coming to him) Now a word of warning to those who like the younger women ..... even with an ID you can NEVER be sure of how old the girl may be .... some will borrow their sister or cousin or friends ID and while I don't personal feel it is right that will be NO EXCUSE in the eyes of the law ..... hell .... the city governments issue work permits for bar-girls with fake ID's but they aren't responsible should the business owner hire them ..... it is the BUSINESS OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE GIRLS ARE UNDER-AGED even with a permit issued by the city government...... ??????????????? ...... I really fail to see how is is possible .... but then it is part of a society that will except NO BLAME for anything they do .... Also I'm sure you have noticed by now that Filipinas up to 30 years of age never actually look their age ... but much younger ..... so if you have the urge ..... my suggestion is you pick a lady of at least 50-60 years old and you should be safe ..... after all us seniors need love too ...... :hystery: :hystery: :hystery:
Forum Support Old55 Posted October 29, 2012 Forum Support Posted October 29, 2012 I agree with all the above. But if indeed he did have relations with those children he should be punished in the worst way and burn in hell. LOL... Mike!
Dave Hounddriver Posted October 29, 2012 Author Posted October 29, 2012 charges of statutory rape and human trafficking will be filed against Wakefield Picture this: A local hoodlum sells shabu to a foreigner. Who is charged with drug trafficking? Now this: A local pimp sells underage girls to a foreigner. Who is charged with human trafficking? Charge the guy for child endangerment, statutory rape (if applicable), child abuse even. But lay off that human trafficking bull chit as it just serves to create sympathy for the idiot. Its a stupid charge and makes everyone involved look stupid. Save that charge for the pimps.
Mike S Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 (edited) But lay off that human trafficking bull chit I agree Dave ...... the Philippines has the strangest definition (if they have a definition) for Human Trafficking as it seems to take in just about anything that has to do with females ... males and sex ...... According to the UNODC ..... this constitutes Human Trafficking ..... so it is the person WHO IS bringing the girl that is guilty of Human Trafficking not the guy who partakes of the goodies ......(I'm refuring to legal aged girls here not underage girls) .....but then I suppose the girl that brings herself is also guilty of Human Trafficking ..... :mocking: http://www.unodc.org...rafficking.html Human Trafficking Human Trafficking is a crime against humanity. It involves an act of recruiting, transporting, transfering, harbouring or receiving a person through a use of force, coercion or other means, for the purpose of exploiting them. Every year, thousands of men, women and children fall into the hands of traffickers, in their own countries and abroad. Every country in the world is affected by trafficking, whether as a country of origin, transit or destination for victims. UNODC, as guardian of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC) and the Protocols thereto, assists States in their efforts to implement the Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons (Trafficking in Persons Protocol). luke Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 Not trying to justify any of the events that happened, in my opinion if money had changed hands (as promised) nothing of this would have seen the light. Did the girls know what was expected? It may not have been the first time they were into this kind of "business".

He exploited me for years through use of a pay check. Made me get up at ungodly hours of the night and work for many many hours. A real slave drive he was. Ruined my back after 30 years of hard labor so I am no longer fit for work. So if I can pick through the definition to find the words I like (as the Philippine authorities do) then I think he should be locked up for the rest of his life.
