I seen a huge line which circled the whole floor at Robinson mall once and asked the wife what they were doing, she replied passport applications. I can only assume she was correct. :89:

SubicSteve Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 how bad is it to renew a Filipina passport in Manila?
luke Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 Beginning this year my GF renewed her passport. We made an appointment online: http://passport.com.ph/info/requirements/for/renewal With the online application set an available appointment (this can be weeks/months away!!) Print the online form and be at the DFO office 30 minutes before appointment IN PERSON! Only the applicant can enter the DFA office. The rest of the procedure is a waiting game; documents check, picture taking, signature and go home. The passport will be delivered after a couple of weeks to you given address (cost 300 PHP more) or you can pick it up at the DFA office. If online appointment is a problem then call the DFA hotline for an appointment. Success!
samatm Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 Use an agent who fixes an appointed time for you show up. in and out in under an hour. Pick up pp when released from Manila. i forget the added cost..but for me it was well worth it as I got PI passports for my Wife and kids. .
