Coconut oil is a shorter string oil. I'm too tired to go into how this works but think Olive oil and the Mediterranean Diet. Same idea but even better for you than Olive. And, yes, you would get sufficient amounts by drinking Coconut water each day.

Coconut oil can be used for many things. Healthy food, skin care, car fuel... :hystery:

I use virgin coconut oil (cold pressed) in cooking, it adds a lovely flavour.

Must be an international thing as where I come from the water is called milk? Anyway from my understanding to much coconut juice gives one diarrhea ?

Yup, that was my milk growing up in Olongapo. I really did not experience any diarrhea during

my younger days but as a senior citizen, I have some serious Hershey squirts from time to time.

Hi, Sorry but I live in the South but I doubt very much whether you will be able to buy coconut water, we don't grow coconuts here. You may find coconut milk (expensive) in some of the larger international supermarkets.

As I understand it, coconut water is the juice from young green coconuts whereas coconut milk is made from the juice plus ground pulp of mature coconuts.
