Jollygoodfellow Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 So in the Philippines, when I went to local schools and saw some boys as young as 10 dressing up as a girl and wearing make up (if they can afford to buy) it was very strange to me, but to the other kids in the class or the teachers, it was no big deal. Could it be the parents influence on them as in most situations a parent will not allow or even consider a child dressing as a girl if he is a boy but I did see something on TV once where kids were encouraged to do this but forget which country now.
