I stayed there basically when it first opened so my opinion is worthless as things should have changed. At the time there was no bar fridge or was it no power point for it, cant remember now. Food was nothing special. Staff were not the best. Horrid smell in the elevator. Beds good. False wall preventing you falling 20 story's on one side of hall way.

But as I say that was a few years ago so hopefully its a good place now.

I have walked by it many times and it seems upscale. At US$100 a night (estimate) for a room it is not somewhere I would generally stay.

I will comment on the location. Close to hospital, girly bars, offices. Centrally located to all other attractions. When you walk outside you will undoubtedly be approached by sellers of Viagra, beggars, and prostitutes The Viagra sellers are the most aggressive, it seems to me. For that reason alone I tend to avoid that area (they just do not take no for an answer).

I just stayed at Parklane for 6 nights and had a very nice stay for about p2800 per night, but that was a holiday special rate. I think the normal rate is around $100. A great buffet breakfast is included, good pool and hot tub, and the best gym have ever seen at a hotel. Ayala mall is a short walk away.

I stayed at the
Regency for 3 nights, prior to that I stayed at the quest and after the
Regency stayed again at the Quest.  The Quest was a little cheaper and still a very nice hotel.   But I must admit I did like the Regency, nice big rooms although there is a small hassel with the lifts, some of them you can not use during certain hours, something to do with the skywalk, which we did.  So the rooms are nice and large with all facilities included twin double beds.   Also included breakfast, but a  little disappointing with the bacon, they seem to fry it so it is very crispy.  I like it not so well done, and actually complained because it looked like it had been cooked the day before and was as hard as a rock.

We liked the Alpa Hotel. Excellent staff, very clean, great breakfast (not the same everyday) Agoda gives good rates, less than $100 for sure. Crown Regency was too crowded both inside and outside. Casino was good there.

• Havn't stayed there but enjoyed a nice Cheesburger at their  50's cafe.     also lots of old pics and decor from Cebu back in the day.   very cool liltte cafeon the 19th floor.

Hotel looks nice.    go for it.   McDoo and convenice store  nearby.

Never stayed there, looks nice from the outside but have no idea why anyone would want to stay next to Fuente Circle when there are much better options.
