MrPinoy Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 The more I learn about this case the more concerned I get and sadly one of my concerns is posting facts here on a public board. However after all I have heard I believe these young men to be innocent and I have some good grounds for saying that and I hope that the Governor will drop the last charge that still stands against them. But if this does proceed to trial at least then we will all get to see the facts and be able to judge for ourselves.
Call me bubba Posted January 26, 2013 Author Posted January 26, 2013 Governor will drop the last charge that still stands against them. remember its election time and anything can happen, perhaps he will not able to testify, then wouldnt the charges be dropped? But if this does proceed to trial at least then we will all get to see the facts and be able to judge for ourselves. going to trial? wouldnt that take at least 2-5 yrs before sometype of judgement is made . then you have the appeals, another 2-6 yrs. perhaps if these men doesnt have a HDO .they should consider its time to leave. not flee but leave/

What we have is only what has been reported in the local media and from Mr. Pinoy.
MrPinoy Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 Normally if a foreigner is arrested are passports confiscated? Also are foreigners charged with a crime allowed to leave if not deported? The Courts probably have something to say about it. Yes it will probably take years if they are tried and they probably cannot get jobs here but I doubt Gov. Singson wants his son Christian to be called as a witness and the court papers say the young men were his guests and how else could they have gained entry? Does he really want another son dragged into a drug case? Also if they were "smoking pot" then why was Christian Singson not tested as if they were his guests so either he must have given them permission, joined them or no drugs were involved and it was just tobacco as they claim. What a waste of four young lives either for nothing or for smoking a joint which is stupid and criminal but worth destroying these lives over? I do not think so but I am not a judge or policeman.
Daydreamer Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 (edited) The 5am is very suspicious unless they partied all night. Even then why would the Governor be coming home that early. Were was he at all night? Its probably just lousy media reporting as usual. Its still dark here at 5am so who would get up that early and go to someones house to smoke? Doesn't make any sense. That part of the news story is really "stinky", smells like they (British potheads)were set up with the express design of taking suspicion off of the "host". How did they come by the weed? Who supplied who? Did their "host" share some of his private stash with them? or Did they do a BYOW ( Bring Your Own Weed)type of party? Daydreamer Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 British potheads ? :cheersty: That's what we're called when we smoke marijuana (at least here they do :999: ). The "green stuff" that the "3 brits and on Australian" were smoking the "sticky, icky green" stuff. Trust me on this, I know because I'm a former pothead
Popular Post gapotwo Posted May 18, 2013 Popular Post Posted May 18, 2013 Smoking anything illegal is stupid anyways. :th_imstupid: At a politicians residence is double stupid. :th_imstupid: :th_imstupid: I escorted a guest off my property not too long ago for smoking a cigarette, he refused to leave, mistake! after i pointed to the NO SMOKING signs posted at the front gate of my compound, and to the other five signs posted around, Now it was up to my two uniformed guards and one civilian bodyguard to take appropriate action, Which they did. They dumped him in his car, three sheets in the wind , and instructed his driver not to return. two days later he phoned me with an appology. accepted. I would really hate to think what would have happened to him if he was smoking DOPE on my property....And im just a ordinary citizen.. ZERO TOLERANCE.
