Call me bubba Posted February 7, 2013 Author Posted February 7, 2013 (edited) sorry but on a site that lists every country why pick the one that happens to be about the philippines. is this forum about the philippines? :89: ( if i was currently living in the UK i would have posted the link about the UK health issues instead of the RP) This related to health and the health related issues that some of "our extended families" face As some have died from the causes listed above( cant stick our/my head in the sand and say death doesnt occur here) . . 1.just a few weeks ago 1 FM his gf/wife sister (?)or aunt (?)was "killed"& 2.when reading of 1 members charitable health related work and the ISSUES he faces to help improve bring even basic health care Got me to thinking,, :89: :89: what are the causes of death? amongst the native population here .which is the home that we have picked to live by knowing this , we can understand what others go thru ,what our "extended" families & understand(being more LITERATE) of the (health issues)conditions that surround us (just maybe some will read this and take steps to be proactive in their "extended families" health)o r at least suggest what they can do to live a better/healthy life this forum is to share/offer suggestions/advice/tips or our experiences to help others in having a better INFORMED decision on what we may or may not do . since your from the UK here is a link just for the FM from the UK http://www.worldlifeexpectancy.com/country-health-profile/united-kingdom below is the worldwide health link if that can be more of assistance http://www.worldlifeexpectancy.com/ I have spoken now i return back to my roof top, http://www.flickr.com/photos/16844030@N02/1920939675/in/photostream/lightbox/ Edited February 7, 2013 by Pittman apartments Sgn

Thomas Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 11 Lung Cancers 8,518 2.02 12 Road Traffic Accidents 8,175 1.94 These two I found some suprising. I thought both them were biger percentage. Remarcable too that many (8 %) die of tuberculosis, when the treatment is free. But I suppose it depend of the demand of going to specific hospitals dayly. Many poor can't afford to go there that often, if they don't live close.
