Sex offender to be deported

The Bureau of Immigration ordered the deportation of a convicted American pedophile wanted in the US by federal authorities.

Earl Lynn Bagley, who was arrested at the Robinson’s Mall in Ermita by BI agents, has a warrant issued last November by a US district court in Washington.

“We will deport him not only for being an undesirable alien but also because he is already overstaying and undocumented,” according to immigration Commissioner Ricardo David.

Investigation showed that his passport was revoked by the State Department and that he failed to extend his tourist visa since he last arrived in the country on April 17, 2012.

According to Atty. Ma. Antonette Mangrobang, BI acting intelligence chief, Bagley’s offense stemmed from his failure to update his registration as a sex offender as required by the US criminal justice system.

On the web, a Seattle court on Oct. 29, 2004 sentenced Bagley to 51 months custody, including three years of supervised release on

Sept. 2007, on charges of possessing visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
