Mike S Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 I don't have the online option to set the travel notification, they must have me in a different User Group. Mike try this ... open your account and go to 1. Benefits and Services 2. Manage Travel Notifications 3. View Travel Notifications (mine is in blue to the right of the page under Your Existing Travel Notifications) You must cancel your old dates and put in the new ones ..... Hope this helps ...... :cheersty:
MikeB Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Mike, I don't have Benefits and Services. Everything like that is under Self Service. They sent me a secure message saying they would have to do it. I guess they don't trust me.
Dave Hounddriver Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 I can do it, Mike. The only time they tell me that 'they' would have to do it is when my 'visit' to the Philippines is over 6 weeks (or 2 months?) Perhaps you told them you would be spending a large amount of time in Philippines? In that case they may want to keep a closer eye on your account for their interests as well as yours.
MikeB Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 I guess I should have read the title of the thread more closely. The travel notification can be set via the web site for credit cards - not ATM cards linked to deposit accounts. I was able to set it for the credit card, not the other.
