And this follows the announcement that the source code that they say will be used to count the votes will be made available to anyone who wants a copy. Rather than making such announcements, it would be better to simply consult with known and respected computer security organisations. Hmmmm....if someone in govt. manages to hack the system to win the election, do they get the 100m AND their elected office? If so, this is govt. efficiency in action.
