Most of them graduated from U C Berkley. Just pointing out the differences may not be so much. Normally they just change the power supply to accept the higher input voltages. The outputs remain the same. Like I said check the specs for the input voltage there may not be any difference. It is cheaper for the manufacturer if he can only build and stock one power supply.
