Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) often responds to daily doses of Zinc and Selenum. Cheap and well tolerated. Very popular before the money making machines found saw palmetto and realized that they can make money off of it and then cranked up the media reports. If I had a choice (and I do), I would take the zinc and selenum before the saw palmetto.

Even for you Jake, yes we are talking about your prostrate (prostate for the rest of us)

Hopefully mine is lying down and not pressuring anything so it must be a Prostrate...   :mocking:

From what I can find, all 3 are good and I guess it would be a personal preference to which one a person prefers.  I myself will do a little early treatment with the SP while my brother has been taking Selenium for a while now and glows a lovely green in the dark...   What's that?  Oh..  Wrong stuff?  You sure?  hehe!

I have type II diabetes and enlarged prostate so I've been on meds for the last several years.

I have seen many reports that moving to a low carb diet can help reduce or eliminate adult onset diabetes. Those who are really into that are moving towards a "paleo" diet.
