Papa Carl Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 Ha Ha, yes of course, I forgot that the right face had to be on the sticker in the windshield, but this is not a presidential election, only a local, and I am getting tired of being stopped because my license plate has a 2012 sticker, that was due in Feb. So I have to show them the paper work to say it has been paid, and waiting for the 2013 sticker to put on the plate. Only in the Philippines.
