Dave Hounddriver Posted June 8, 2013 Posted June 8, 2013 If memory serves, and this is anecdotal: There is no law that I know of against sport fishing in the Philippines provided you are with a filipino who is authorized to fish and in a legal fishing area. Reason is that there are laws about what you can do with the fish, For example, foreigners cannot catch and eat their own fish. You catch the fish, give it to the filipino, he sells or eats the fish.
