Jollygoodfellow Posted July 14, 2013 Posted July 14, 2013 Anyone know about this?? Fire razes 40 houses in Cebu City MANILA – A fire destroyed 40 houses leaving several residents of Sitio Tinabangay, Barangay Mambaling in Cebu City homeless early Sunday morning. According to Cebu City Fire Marshall Chief Inspector Rian Bacaldo, they were informed about the fire at around 3:52 a.m. While they were quick to leave for the area, Bacaldo said his team had a hard time getting to the fire site because the houses were closely built next to each other. Bacaldo said their path was narrow and they could not penetrate quickly to reach the houses that were caught by fire. The fire was controlled at around 5:06 a.m. Authorities said they have yet to determine the cause of fire, as well as the amount of the damage caused by the fire. http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/nation/regions/07/14/13/fire-razes-40-houses-cebu-city
