Sailboats: Any Local Manufacturer?

It's always best to not assume things such as taxes and import fees.  ESPECIALLY when talking of what is applicable in the Philippines.  The Philippines is a beautiful series of islands but what is normal in most countries is different here.
 

As for boat builders?  I have been told by a former Filipino fisherman that if a person wants a boat, a drive along the coast where fishing boats are built and are popular will usually also help you to find someone who can build any kind of boat.
