It is more fun in the Philippines. No wonder ex-pats can't buy anything here :)....we would buy all these properties and rent them out.

 

150,000 php to asume the loan for the house, and then 10,200php monthly for a 2 by 2 cool! :)

That's 3 200 000p for only 60 sqm...

(Plus many of such assume are with Pag-Ibig, which few fullfil the demands for (=paying "membership" normaly at least 24 moths, possibility to "buy" 12 of these months). If not geting Pag-Ibig, then I suppouse it's a big risk the interest will be higher.)

 

For such money (with Swedish interest) you can get e g a 5 bedroom house, more than double as big, with 20 times more land in Sweden   :)
