Gasainos have very small and cheap made floats for small children but I haven't been able to find larger and higher quality floats of any kind. About 2 years ago I did find one large doughnut shaped float made of plastic. It lasted a long time but finally got a hole in it. Last year I saw a one of a kind inflatable rubber boat.
