Americano Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 When you move to another county or state in the USA then you are no longer required to perform jury duty in the counties or states that you lived in in the past. The same applies when you move to another country. If the jury summons cannot be delivered to you due to your new address then the summons has not been served to you and therefore you are not required to be present for jury duty.
