Wondering how to make large purchases without using cash.

Going to buy a car in a few months 2nd hand around P500,000. Do Philippine banks have Bank Checks ?

Or another secure way to buy a car? Or buy land?

With BPI you can make a direct transfer from one BPI account to another BPI account with no fees online. So that is one way if both parties have an account at the same bank.

You have to fill out a form ahead of time.  I have done it a few times at BPI, most recently last week.  You can fill it in online and print it, or just go to the branch and fill it out.

 

When I bought my car I had the seller meet me at BPI and we completed the transaction there.  I withdrew the cash and handed it over.

this is the best and MOST SECURED WAY to do any BUSINESS TRANSACTION,

any less and it could cost you YOUR LIFE

you can get a MANAGERS CHECK (cost varies from bank to bank)
