OnMyWay Posted January 1, 2014 Posted January 1, 2014 Today we stopped by the Baguio City Dairy Farm and bought some fresh milk and yogurt. The milk is pasteurized and tastes fairly good, but not as good as the milk we get in Subic. I saw the cows and they are not like the dairy cows in the US. The price is reasonable at p60 for a liter in a sealed plastic bag or p70 for a liter in a plastic bottle. Yogurt was p40 for a pint. The farm is fairly easy to find. Head down Marcos Hwy out of the city, and turn left on Santo Tomas Rd. The dairy is on the right less that a km up the road, but the entrance sign is a bit hard to see going up the hill.

OnMyWay Posted January 2, 2014 Author Posted January 2, 2014 Yesterday I only tasted the milk from a small bottle we bought to drink right away. Today I had some of the other batch with some raisin bran and it was very good! It seems to have a lot more cream than the mild we get in Subic and has a more creamy color to it.
