English is one of the official Philippine languages so wouldn't that qualify? :) No, it has to be Tagalog or a major dialect such as Bisayan. In all the years I have been associated with different boards about the Philippines (about 22 years) I have not once ever ran into a foreigner with a Filipino citizenship ..... I did hear about a priest who did get one but that was 3rd party info ..... they make it VERY difficult to get one here .... as it must be voted on by the senate or so I'm told ..... but I have been wrong before ..... so don't hold me to that comment ....... :thumbsup: :cheersty: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
