/40% of land through company (if the company need land).

/HOUSE can be own 100 % on long time LEASED land.

No, it was her son from another filipino before she became an OFW. About the fact that your wife may die first, it might be a good idea to become a Muslim and have 3 or 4 wives. 1st runner up, 2nd runner up, and another on hot standby. I have heard of 2 cases where the wife did die first and it put the foreigners out of the country due to visas and ownership disputes. No honey no money.

 

Why would anyone want more that one wife!  That means you have more than one mother in law :hystery: There must be more to the story.  Unless the son was a crook to begin with or the American treated him and his wife's family with disdain (acting like the typical ugly American) they would never let him go hungry.  If they ate he would have ate too.

 

The way to get past the visa issue is to get in the SRRV program (I do believe you get a permanent visa). I have an out because my son is dual citizen so I will put the house in his name! :thumbsup:

The son was a crook on shabu. The American was not his father so just a burden to him. The American was a very nice guy. I don't know what happened behind closed doors. There was just the two of them in the house after the wife passed away and I don't think that the son ate. At least not at home. The nipa house will be gone soon as there are 2 large termite hills in the back.
