Thomas Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 I know two methods to get a land titled. 1/juridical. If having tax documentation showing relevant "ownership" back to 1945, then the judge decide about titling. 2/administrative. If not having as complete documents as in p1, then an application can be done to CENRO and then they decide if they approve it. I know it can become expensive court cases, IF ownership of land is questioned, but do anyone know how much are the FEES (roughly) for the two types of situations? (=I mean all EXCEPT lawyer costs - and except bribes :) if needed.)
