alsuave Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Has anyone seen a fructose free ketchup in Olongapo/Subic? I've been looking, but haven't found one yet.
OnMyWay Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 I bought Full Circle organic tomato ketchup at the old Royal. It says "No high fructose corn syrup" on the label and the sweetener is organic sugar. I just tried a taste and it seems ok. We grilled hot dogs a few weeks ago and I forgot to bring it out. Isn't it fructose in tomatoes, hard to make ketchup without tomatoes :) Just joking. I suppouse you mean ADDED fructose. Concerning that I have no idea. (Some off topic. If you don't know , coco sugar claim to be much better for health than other sugars. (=sugar made from coco sugar palms.)

It's extremely bad for your health, and it's most most definitely not found in tomatoes.

(Yes, the SWEETENER =ADDED but if you in English call syrup from corn "fructose", then I suppouse it's some fructose in the tomatoes themselves too.)
