onemore Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 I hope that the title of the post does not offend anyone, my apolgies if it did. Having said that, I am lookin for a watering hole that caters for the more "mature" male drinker. Any suggestions appreciated. Cheers,
gmb8585 Posted April 10, 2014 Posted April 10, 2014 Lots of "old farts" to be found at Gilligan's, 3rd floor terraces at Ayala Mall every day. Cheap beer also.
Popular Post Dave Hounddriver Posted April 11, 2014 Popular Post Posted April 11, 2014 Try El Gecko, on the same road as all the 'Mango Bars' but noticeably different. You will find all the old exats and you will find pretty young things serving your food and chatting with you but these are not 'take out' girls. They are just eye candy to make your drinking experience more pleasant. Be warned that their boyfriends usually pick them up after work so remember that everything they tell you is just to make you feel good during your drinking experience. If you decide you want company for the night, it is a short walk to the 'Mango Bars'

Have a good time.

wrenn Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 Checked out Giligans today. Kind of hard to get a good bar feel with only two bar stools. It was mid afternoon and the place was pretty empty. But a couple of Pilsners and an order of fries went down just fine. We are planning on checking out some of the other bars mentioned in this thread this weekend. We are always available if anybody wants to meet up too.
