I didn't know the Cebu Daily News was "the most important newspaper in the Visayas" I've always read the Sun Star. But I don't expect NY Times/Wash Post quality out of any of them and both those venerable papers make lots of mistakes. And they usually do acknowledge them. The offending reference was only made once in the title so probably some single low level employee screw up.
