Overstaying 3 Days

I did post this before but cannot find it, the Mactan BI has a notice on the counter to renew your visa 3 to 5 days before due date, I was at the Cebu BI getting a ECC and I didn't see the same notice there, also BI Mactan are now issuing the visa with a sticker about the size of a postage stamp, no longer with the old ink stamp, Another interesting thing is the visa sticker has a bar code on it :th_hu:  and the visa approval letter they give to you has to be returned when you go again for your next visa extension.
