Jollygoodfellow Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Can anyone recommend a good newspaper/website to keep up to date with Philippine news? I have Google alerts send me Email with Philippines news from any site that mentions the Philippines. I think you can narrow it down further to say what area your interested in. http://www.google.com.au/alerts
frosty (chris) Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 You can use Google News and then hit the Philippines Edition, has most of the news and references to other news sites.

i am bob Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 On the laptops I get the Google News Philippine version and on the Android side, I do Google again through the wWeather and News app while specifying both philippines and Cebu. I will also read the Sun and Inquirer online. And one of the local television stations from Toronto has a news broadcast and general information show daily for the Philippines. Jake Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 I usually read the Philippine Daily Inquirer http://www.inquirer.net/ I especially like their opinion section where Ramon Tulfo is my favorite columnist.

MikeB Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 I read the Sun Star epaper, Cebu edition. They have Davao and Pampanga versions as well. I think it's a good product now that they've corrected the problems they had at the beginning. I was able to cancel the print subscription which is good. As for quality I don't how it stacks up to the others since it's the only one I read. 7 day free trial. http://epaper.sunstar.com.ph/epaper/viewer.aspx
