Medic Mike Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 More than 200 passengers were stranded when the Philippine Coast Guard-Cebu station prohibited nine vessels from sailing to various destinations in Cebu due to rough seas caused by typhoon Henry. Typhoon Henry is expected to bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, Bicol Region, Dinagat and Siargao islands and provinces of Surigao del Norte. PCG Commodore Rodolfo Villajuan said they are grounding all vessels bound to Baybay, Hilongos, Bato in Leyte, Panay and Cadiz in Negros, Negros Occidental, and Masbate since the waters are rough in these areas. http://cebudailynews.inquirer.net/36758/vessels-stranded-in-cebu-due-to-typhoon-henry
