Jake Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 Good morning Brett, As Robert and OUC mentioned, it's not easy trying to recover from a broken relationship. Lord knows that we all felt that pain in the heart. But life does go on and perhaps your paths will cross again without bitterness or remorse. I believe Jon1 said it best......SAO is a classy lady and we all hope for the very best for both of you. Respectfully -- Jake

Short Angry One is a gem, whom I respect and admire. What's making me laugh right now, I have many Pinoy (both male and female) friends, and once they saw the FB status change I was flooded with offers of numerous sisters, cousins, family friends etc. Not sure it's entirely altruistic but I'd like to think that this has been bought on by the way I treat people. Maybe the dating sites will be superfluous, time will tell. Hmmm, next time I'm there I may even say "yes, you can have my phone number" rather than the embarrassed, terminal shyness I suffer from. Oh well, glass is half-full. Edited August 19, 2014 by BrettGC
popeye72 Posted August 19, 2014 Posted August 19, 2014 I'm sure you won't be short of options. Maybe date a few before deciding to settle down again.

One of the good things about the Philippines that there are nearly 50 million women.....,.One of them must be foolish enough for each of us.
Popular Post MacBubba Posted August 19, 2014 Popular Post Posted August 19, 2014 You started out as friends, and both being classy folks, you will likely stay friends. May the next lady be as classy!
i am bob Posted August 20, 2014 Posted August 20, 2014 I read a lot of comments on here that show just how lucky you have been so far and will be again in the future... And, Brett, I have no doubt that you will end up exactly with who you were meant to be with. As for the rest of us who are recently single, no sitting under the escalator at the mall!
