Hi everyone, don't know if any of you guys remember me. I've been out of the mix for a while. But now I'm glad to be back. I made the move from New York to Arizona. Now since I have a few sheckles left over I'm looking to buy a lot in Carcar. There's only a tax deceleration on the lot and I need a lawyer to split up the lot (I'm just buying 600sm of a 1800 sm lot) and title it into us.

My intention is to build a house there next year. So, if anyone knows of a reputable (and I use that term loosely) real estate lawyer in cebu I would appreciate it!
