Japanese Restaurant Bacolod

Read last week about a newly opened Japanese resto on the circumferential road Bacolod.

Last night we drove about a KM along same from Lacson St, could not find it. Did how ever come across a Vietnamese resto which could be interesting.

If anybody has a location for the Japanese resto would be much appreciated as had excellent reviews.

Nippon Ichi is a Japanese restaurant located at the 2nd Floor, Villa Angela Hi Strip – 4 Bldg on the  Circumferential Road.

Yes we found the resto and unfortunately were very disappointed so will not be returning.

Among other let downs the sashimi which I love was of dubious quality and had been frozen. Suspect thawed and refrozen more than once.

On the ground floor we ate breakfast at the kitchen, wonderful experience. Friendly nice staff, excellent coffee and omelette. The owner came over chatting to us ensuring all good. This will be a regular breki stop in future.
