OnMyWay Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 I know there are several of you that use BPI Online services. I have not been able to get online for over a week. Sometimes it logs in and immediately gives me "logged out due to inactivity". Other times, "system is down" type messages. Anybody else having issues? Same issues trying Abby's accounts. When I try to connect it takes a long time and then I get a BPI splashscreen "Dear Valued Client online banking is currently unavailable". When I connect via VPN through Calif it works fine. I used VPN and got logged in, but it was so slow I could not even get to the bill page. I thought I would be tricky and logged off VPN while logged into BPI, but it still was just hanging.
